OUR SERVICE PRICE
Our service includes but not limited to building materials such as Tile. Mosaic, Stone, Sanitary, Furniture and so on. All product price we quote is supplier' s price, which can be EXW(Ex Works) price, FOB or CIF terms (terms depend on you).
Our sourcing service is free.If you like our service and the price we offer , then you place order.
We only charge reasonable percent of product amount as service charge, and we will follow up producing, inspect products, and manage shipping. We can work like your own sourcing department in China.
1.ORDER AMOUNT SERVICE CHARGE PAYMENT TERMS
Service charge is based on the total amount of order,which starts from $100, friendly for small business.
Payment = Product Amount + Service Charge + Shipping Fee (Depends on Trade Terms)

Tips: If your order is big enough and amount is far higher than $500,000,service charge and payment terms are negotiable.
2.PAYMENT WAYS
How to pay suppliers and our company?
Normally suppliers ask 30% payment as the deposit for production and 70% paid before loading.
Wholesaler
If you are a wholesaler and purchase big quantity from the same supplier, we suggest you transferring deposit and balance to the supplier directly. If you have some products which are consolidated in the same container, we can help you to pay individually if necessary.
Project Procurement
Same as wholesaler, if the order amount is big enough and supplier accept USD transfer, please pay to the supplier directly. If you buy from several suppliers and they hope to receive Chinese currency Yuan as payment. We can help you to exchange into RMB and pay to suppliers once receiving your remittance.
Family Purchasing
As to our past experience, there would be more than 10 suppliers for a family purchasing such as furniture, lights, tiles, sanitary wares. Those orders with small amount and suppliers only accept USD and RMB cash as payment. For big shopping malls, they can accept Union Pay, but most of the others can't accept Internation card.
Four normal ways for you to choose when paying to suppliers.
USD T/T payment
If the suppliers have USD bank account and accept T/T payment by USD.
Both USD and RMB are acceptable,You can take RMB from Chinese bank ATM easily.
Cash
Some big shopping malls accept paying with a credit card such as Louvre and Red Star furniture malls.
International card
Some big shopping malls accept paying with a credit card such as Louvre and Red Star furniture malls.
